We are pleased to be offering today this period drop leaf spool leg country banquet table that dates from the 1850s era. It comes in two sections. The cool thing about these type of tables is that when you don’t need a banquet table you can flip the leaves down and use them as two demi lune tables, flip a leaf up on one table to have a small dining table, a display table or when you want a big table you can flip the leaves up put the brass leaf clips that holds the table all secure and sturdy and have a banquet table. It has flame mahogany skirts, solid mahogany top, solid mahogany drop leaves and multi-turn spindle legs. For support, the leg will come out and swing out into a gate leg to support the leaf. Each table when closed up is 43.5 inches wide and 21 inches deep. When you take the leaves and flip them up it is 23 inches for the leaf to make each table section 46 inches long. The overall size of the table when they are joined together is over 90 inches when the leaves are flipped up and put together. It is in wonderful condition.
