This table dating from the 1920s is completely refinished and with luxurious grains and color, and with its oval leaves up, opens to 48 inches wide.  This is a beautiful tiger sawn oak round corner table, featuring oval drop-leaves, gate leg, and eight rope-twisted legs on the posts all joined together with heavy oak stretchers. As you open up the table, the two center legs come up and form a triangle, allowing the insertion of two heavy-duty beveled edge shapely drop-leaves to make a much larger table. The table, which dates from the 1920s, has been completely refinished in a dark oak stain and multiple coats of satin sheen lacquer have been applied. The overall size is, when the table is closed, 18 inches wide, 36 inches deep and 29 inches high. When the two oval table leaves are flipped up, it measures 48 inches wide. This is a stunning table with fantastic-looking grains. Despite a few nicks and dings, this table is in nice condition.
