This wonderful mission two-door bookcase constructed of all oak on the exterior with a little bit of elm for panels. It is an oversized cabinet, and has two glass doors with the bottom wood panels in the base. Featuring oak grillwork doors on top with a large piece of glass in each door, it has three adjustable shelves inside. In the base someone has made up a four-drawer cabinet that may or may not be original to the piece, similar to what you would see in a wardrobe. It comes with a key, but we’re unsure if it works or not. The piece is probably dating from around the 1930s, and we’re guessing it was refinished in the 1970s. The overall size is 48 inches wide, 16 inches deep, 83 inches tall. The overall condition is good. The shelves inside are 12 inches deep, and a couple more could be added if you chose to make them. There is 57 inches of height inside the bookcase. A useful and beautiful piece, finished in a medium oak stain, it will cost $385 to have this shipped to your home, within the normal delivery area.
