This is a wonderful little lemon gold picture frame that probably dates from the 1860s with a painting on canvas of a shipping scene. It really doesn’t matter because the picture is damaged. What you’re really buying here is the nice cove-carved lemon gold picture frame, which is 26.5 inches wide and 19.5 inches high. There is some wear on it and a few little damaged spots. The inside dimensions in the back, in which you could put a period picture, are 23 and 1/16 inches wide, and 16 and 1/16 inches high. A great-looking frame and we’re happy to be able to offer it. It will cost only $16 to have this frame shipped to your home, within our normal delivery area.
