This is a beautiful oversized queen-size burl walnut French Victorian style carved bed that dates from the 1930s. This is not officially a queen-size bed, as it’s only 75 inches long, but the side rails can be easily extended. It’s 64 inches wide on the inside, which a normal queen-size is normally 60 inches wide and 80 inches long. For an additional $200 we can extend the rails, if you so desire. The bed itself is gorgeous, of burl walnut with applied carving, pierce cut carving, and solid walnut molding around the shapely top and base. The outside dimensions are 69 inches wide, 29 inches high to the top of the footboard, and 46 inches high to the top of the headboard. Finished in a medium amber walnut color, it’s in great condition with only a few minor wear marks. It’s a great looking bed, and is hard to find in this size! It will cost only $285 to have this lovely bed shipped to your home, within the normal delivery area.
