Imagine your oil painting surrounded by this beautiful 1880s-era gold decorated picture frame and hanging on your wall. This is a beautiful looking oversized oak picture frame with a ribbon molding on the outside edge. It seems to be of all oak construction with the exception of the lemon gold liner on the inside, which dates it from probably the 1880s. It’s a large frame, measuring on the outside 40.5 inches wide by 37 inches high, and on the inside measuring 32 inches wide by 29 inches high. This is a good-looking antique frame with worn off gold so some oak and gesso shows. Overall, it’s a really neat-looking piece. Because of its large size, it will cost $40 to have this frame shipped to your home, within our normal delivery area.
