This table, dating from the 1920s, is completely refinished and lacquered, and measures 52 inches when the drop leaves are flipped up. This is a beautiful straight-grain oak table, featuring drop-leaves, gate legs, and rope-twist on the posts all joined together with heavy oak stretchers. As you open up the table, the two center legs come up and form a triangle, allowing the insertion of two heavy-duty beveled edge shapely drop-leaves to make a much larger table. The table, which dates from the 1920s, has been completely refinished and multiple coats of satin sheen lacquer have been applied. The overall size is, when the table is closed, 19 inches wide, 33 inches deep and 29 inches high. When the leaves are flipped up, it measures 52 inches wide. This is a stunning table in overall great condition, although there is a bit of a cup in this table, which is a dip in the center.
