A beautiful Spanish style multi burl walnut carved sideboard dating from the 1930s. A beautiful example with four legs across the front that are bulbous carved, fluted, reeded and go down into a carved Spanish foot, and are all joined together with a classy block and spindle cross-stretcher. There are two oversized doors on each outside edge, wood shelves, and the use of dual burl on each panel to create a nice look. In the center there are three burl walnut carved drawers, which are dovetail and have the original hardware. The overall size is 72 inches long, 23 inches deep, 37 inches to top of cabinet and 39 inches to the backsplash. The top has been re-sprayed to remove nicks and dings and to reveal the gorgeous grains of the veneers. The rest of the cabinet is all original and finished in a medium amber stain. This is a very high-quality piece that is hard to find these days and was probably made by a company such as Berkey & Gay. It will cost only $385 to have this charming sideboard shipped to your home, within our normal delivery area.
